Created to mark John Galliano’s 10th anniversary at Dior, the World Saddle collection comprised twelve country-inspired bags, each produced in a strictly limited run of 100. Presented here is the coveted “USA” edition – an extraordinarily rare piece that sits at the intersection of couture and collectible art.

The classic Saddle silhouette is rendered in luminous white satin, its curves highlighted by exquisite hand-applied embellishment. Stars inspired by the US flag are meticulously embroidered and beaded across the body of the bag, catching the light with every movement. The signature “D” stirrup charm, “CD” rings and hardware are entirely covered in diamantés, transforming the familiar Saddle codes into full jewellery.

This is a true showpiece, made in tiny numbers, almost never seen on the resale market and destined for serious collectors, archives and red-carpet wardrobes.
